Nikita, yup someone has to do something.
For a nation to go ahead, one has to mix economics in the right proportions. Distributing free food is not good economics. It will hamper the farmer's will to farm and will only earn him peanuts. Free food was never an incentive to the farmers. rather, what is this issue all about? distributing rotting grains to the poor so that they will die eating them? what is to be done is to acquire land and build infrastructure and store grains more effectively
